So has anyone seen this show? I like that they use cognitive behavior therapy, but haven’t been able to catch an episode. Thoughts?

I was actually watching the show the other day. I think they did a relatively decent job explaining that OCD behavior really can be seriously impairing to people's lives. The therapists did a good job explaining what the person was thinking and how that thinking needed to be corrected.

I don't know if I'll be an avid viewer, but I wouldn't mind watching it from time to time.

I've watched all three episodes. It's appointment television at my house.

All but one person has resumed a fairly normal life after therapy. They use exposure therapy to get people through the anxiety to the other side. We only see part of the picture, but I'm sure there's lots of therapy and perhaps medication for the participants too.

It's worth your time to watch.
